Sharyn Crown brings an impressive depth of knowledge and skill to her real estate practice that has earned her a reputation as a consummate professional and a trusted advisor. In addition to representing both Buyers and Sellers of single family homes, Sharyn has an extensive background in real estate development, with an expertise in structuring limited partnerships. She has handled all aspects of real estate investments including purchasing, management and sales. Sharyn has repeatedly provided her investors with an excellent return on their money, plus the advantageous tax benefits of 1031 Exchanges.

 

As a Broker Associate and also the Relocation Director for her company, Sharyn has a proven track record as a real estate entrepreneur. Earning her degree in mathematics and also her Lifetime Teaching Credentials for Elementary and Secondary Teaching prepared Sharyn for a highly successful real estate career in San Diego that has developed into a thriving partnership with her daughter, Victoria.

Victoria Crown is also a graduate of the University of San Diego. She has the distinction of completing three majors in four years, including Business (with a real estate emphasis), Political Science and Spanish. Victoria has studied in Oxford England, Washington D.C., and Guadalajara, Mexico where she became fluent in Spanish.  While in school she held many leadership positions serving as Vice President of the USD’s Student Alumni Association, and also Director of Academic Programming for Associated Students.  Victoria has also recieved her Master’s Degree in Real Estate at the University of San Diego.

 

Victoria learned the ropes of residential real estate at an early age when she took over the responsibility of transaction coordination for her mother’s practice.  She also joined Sharyn on most of her listing presentations and countless showings. Victoria quickly became a master of organization and a skilled negotiator in her own right. Her love of Downtown San Diego plus her unequalled market knowledge has brought her acclaim as an expert in the area.
